Improper installation can cause serious injury, death and/or property damage. We recommend that all parts are installed by a licensed motorcycle dealer which is certified to work on Harley Davidson® motorcycles. This dealer must use good judgment in helping customers in the selection of parts for installation. KC International Motorcycle Supply (KCInt) has no control over the judgment of others and assumes no responsibility or liability of any nature for the failure of others to use good judgment.
Indemnification: Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KC International Motorcycle Supply and its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, directors, agents, shareholders from and against all liabilities, fines, losses, damages, expenses, costs also including attorney fees resulting from any violations of these terms and conditions. This also includes wrongful or negligent on behalf of you or any person acting on your behalf.

KC International Motorcycle Supply (KCInt) has the right to change, edit or terminate the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All sales from KC International Motorcycle Supply (KCInt) constitutes an understanding and agreement to all policies, terms, and conditions set forth by KC International Motorcycle Supply.

Shipping usually occurs 1-3 business days after payment has been received. KC International (KCInt) uses many different shipping providers and reserves the right to choose the provider on a per order basis. Shipping time may vary based on delivery location, size of package and any unforseen circumstances. If there is a issue with your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible. Additional shipping costs and delivery time may be necessary for items that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, this may add additional shipping fees. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and/or VATs and they are not included in our total price. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only. In some parts of the country it is illegal to receieve or use some of our products. It is up to the customer to determine the items that are illegal in your area. CONSOLIDATE YOUR PURCHASES and SAVE ON SHIPPING. However, some items will drop ship from the factory and will not be combined for freight savings. Our company operates from three warehouses; however, some items must be brought together to our central shipping warehouse before they will ship for the combined freight savings, this process may increase delivery time.

RETURN INFORMATION Any item (except special orders) may be returned for full credit within 14 days of your purchase. Item must be unused and in sale-able condition. Non-stock items may be subject to manufacture restocking charges. Buyer must notify KC International Motorcycle supply (KCInt) within 3 days of delivery if product was damaged or had missing parts. All returns must include all hardware and in original condition and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any item that was damaged due to assembly or by incorrect installation. KC International Motorcycle Supply (KCInt) is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. (All shipping costs to return item will be paid by the buyer) RETURN AUTHORIZATION Before returning any item, please notify us so that we can provide you with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we will give you specific instructions on how to proceed with your return. (No returns can be accepted without authorization). To speed authorization, please provide us with the invoice number, order number, and order date when you call. All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case. Acceptance of returned goods by our Receiving Department shall not be binding and has no force or effect unless acceptance is made by us in writing.
