This is Osculati's mid-range inspection hatch, ideal for access to storage compartments on board and ideal for inspecting fuel lines, electrical cables, control cables, battery switches and so on.
The hatch has a low-profile design with screws hidden by the screw-on cover for a smart appearance.
The cover has recessed hand grips to make it easier to open. The hatch is supplied with a strap to retain it if required.
It is not advised that the hatch is installed somewhere that it may be trodden on as it is not guaranteed to take the weight of a large adult.
This hatch is made of tough, UV-resistant polypropylene and has a rubber o-ring to make it water-tight.
It is designed for external use but should not be installed under or near the waterline - or anywhere that it may have liquids behind it as the seal is not guaranteed waterproof.
