Please Double-Check Your Wording!

Please make sure names, ages, and spellings are correct before checking out. We copy and paste exactly what you type here. We adjust and align the text by hand for every card so it looks neat and fits properly.

We print all our cards to order from our home workspace here in the UK. We use a thick, high-quality card stock so the card feels sturdy and stands up well when displayed on the mantelpiece.

  • Card Size: A5 (148mm x 210mm)
  • Inside Card: Left blank for your own handwritten message.
  • Envelope: Clean, matching envelope included.
  • Packaging: Sent in a sturdy, board-backed "do not bend" envelope.

Please add your custom text to the "Message to Seller" / Personalisation Box when checking out. 

For example, you can write it like this:

"Alex, 30, Son"  |  "Thank you Teacher"  |  "Leave Blank"

You can use any of our designs for any event. If you see a birthday design but want the text changed for an anniversary instead, just type out exactly what you want the card to say.

Inside messages: We only print text on the front of the card. We cannot print custom messages on the inside, so any text requested for the inside will be skipped by our system.

Glitch at checkout? If eBay doesn't save your text box, just finish your purchase and send us a quick message through your account. To avoid shipping delays, if we don't hear from you within 48 hours we will send the card out as standard without personalisation.

If your order is placed before our morning cutoff at 9:00am (Monday to Friday), it will be posted the very same day. Orders over the weekend or on Bank Holidays go out the next working day.

Our default delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need it sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class during checkout.

If you buy multiple items from our shops (under Styra Ltd) going to the same name and address, we will bundle them together into one package to keep things simple and avoid extra waste.

We're human, so if we ever make a mistake on your text, or your item doesn't arrive within the estimated time, please send us a quick message through eBay. We'll sort out a replacement for you straight away without any fuss.

Because these cards are custom-made to order, we can't offer free replacements or returns if you made a typo or sent the wrong details, so please double-check your text before buying!
