From frame looks like 60s/70s...this scene would still not be too uncommon back then.

Looks possibly like Cape Cornwall with Brison Rocks (brought forward)?

or perhaps the bleak rocked beaches of Northern Ireland or South Wales??

Looks like end of day/sunset which would lend it more to Cornwall, Wales, French coast etc

Painting passepartout:14.5x17.5"

Painting is in great condition, frame in very good condition.
