All items are shipped from Hong Kong and are subject to standard international shipping times. Normal shipping times are usually 15-30 Working days (3-6 weeks). If after 30 working days your package has still not arrived, please contact us as we will happily assist and if necessary resend or refund your order.

Please note that some countries located in South America, Africa and other longer distance/remote destinations, may or will take a longer time for shipping. If your country falls into this category, please allow up to 8 weeks for your package to arrive before contacting us. (Brazilian customers, please note packages can take up to 3 months to arrive).

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

If there is a problem with the item you received (lost/broken/damaged/item not as described etc), please contact us, so we can promptly resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may send you a replacement or issue you a refund on your order.

For any change of mind returns, the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

All returns must be received back in their original, unused, un-tampered condition. If we receive an item back that has obviously been used we may withhold the refund.

Payment

Payment must be made within 7 days of making your order. If no payment has been made after 7 days, ebay will automatically open an unpaid case on your account, which may effect your future buying privileges. If you cannot make the payment within that time, please contact us first so we can assist you further. Please note after the case has been opened, we have no ability to close the case, unless payment is made.
