Broken elbows are a fairly common repair in older spinets. Most originals were made from an early form of plastic that crystallizes and breaks with age. This is a newer polycarbonate elbow and is made with a slot in the bushed end making installation much easier than the type where repinning is required.

This auction is for 1 elbow.  If you would like a full set of 88, see item #291834808280 in my eBay store.  A package of 12 elbows is not much more expensive than this listing for 1 elbow (packaging and handling costs...) so check item #291758175188 if you need more than one elbow but not a full set.
