High waisted dress has gathered skirt puffed sleeves with wrist elastic, back zipper. Collared high waisted smock gathered at back and side fronts has buttoned bodice stitch trim. Mini/Maxi length choices.

This vintage pattern is cut and is in very good condition. Length has been cut off but is included. Complete and usable. Envelope has some wear and tear including a loose flap but is in decent condition for age. Pattern is 50 years old and original sold for $1.00.
