Combined Shipping Update:
As always there are many updates on eBay's platform. 1 of which has been shown to affect combined shipping discounts not being applied up during check out for both buy it now and auction listings. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items from different listings but have not been seeing any shipping discounts during checkout try this:
- Add all the items you would like to buy to your cart using the add to cart option, as on most retailer websites.
- Next go to your cart and click on the request total from seller.
We normally can get an updated invoice with combined shipping discounts to you with in 20 mins or less during business hours.
We hope this helps many of you who have run into this problem.
Please be aware to new changes by ebay regarding sales tax. Ebay has already implemented adding sales tax to a number of our customers purchases. We do not collect sales tax for your purchase however ebay has put in place this addition during your checkout and we cannot remove it or opt out of it as they are collecting the taxes.
Returns:
Returns accepted only if we do not describe an item accurately or if an item is damaged due to us not packing your order safely. Returns not accepted for buyers remorse or finding a better price elsewhere. Returns must be approved by us before shipping an order back. Orders that are returned must be packaged safely and received back in the same condition as originally listed. Refunds will not be given if an item has been used, opened or damaged from it's original condition from listing. If an item is deemed approved for return, the refund will be the item price and DOES NOT include shipping cost. A 15% restocking may apply on items returned. If for any reason an order is approved for return and the reason for returning is not a fault of our own, buyers must pay return shipping to send it back to us.
Returns Amended: The following additions will be added to returns. Any products that are misused causing it to become damaged or non functioning will not be accepted as a return. Clothing will be listed with dimensions and measurements to ensure the best fit based on an individuals body type and measurements. Clothing will be listed identifying any problem areas if not new. If your wear an article of clothing out that causes damages we will not accept a return of if an article of clothing is returned with damages other that what a buyer specified as the issue, a return will be denied. Electronics are usually tested prior to shipping. If any electronics are claimed to not function, we will attempt to troubleshoot the product with buyer and investigate what caused it to not function before proceeding to a return. Again buyers are to pay return shipping and pay a 15% restocking fee only if there is a fault of our own. The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Buyers remorse or finding a better price is not an acceptable return reason. If refunds are given it will be for the product cost paid by buyer and does not include shipping cost which will be deducted from refund amount to buyer. If an item offers free shipping, our shipping cost to send to the buyer will be deducted from a refund amount. Contact us first with any issues to figure out if a return is warranted. Again Please review all photos, item specifics and description before purchase.If any products manufacturers packaging is destroyed beyond reasoning we may deny a return so take care in opening a product.
