This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Dodge Neon SRT-4 and Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L Turbo applications using the factory TD04LR-16GK or Mopar Stage 3 TD05HR-15GK2 turbocharger. It replaces the original turbo oil feed, oil drain and coolant line assemblies with flexible, application-specific components.

The original rigid pipes, rubber drain section and sealing joints are exposed to repeated heat cycles, engine movement and corrosion. As these components age or are disturbed during turbo service, oil or coolant seepage may develop around the pipe connections, banjo fittings, drain hose or flange sealing surfaces.

The GryphonTek kit uses a -4AN PTFE braided oil feed line, -6AN PTFE braided water lines, a reinforced NBR oil drain hose and a corrosion-resistant steel drain pipe. The flexible line design reduces stress on the connection points while maintaining a stable oil supply, coolant circuit and gravity-fed turbo oil return path.

The oil feed and oil drain components fit both turbo configurations, but the turbo-side water fittings are different and are not interchangeable.
