| All our orders are dispatched within 2 working days, most within 1 working day. Depending on your location and on package weight, items will be shipped with My Hermes, Parcel Force or other courrier. All parcels are tracked and once marked as dispatched you will be provided with your tracking number.
All stock is stored at our UK warehouse and packaged using recyclable packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, newspaper & polystyrene. |

| We provide a 14 days return policy for our products however, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. In such circumstances, we cannot cover the return postage cost and a restocking fee of £2.95 will be deducted from the sale price.
Items returned must be received within 14 days from purchase and all refunds will be processed within 5 working days. No refund or replacement will be issued after this time. In the unlikely event of a fault or item not as described we will happily refund upon receipt of item. |
