This " The Darkness Magdalena Action figure" is new and its comes in its original packaging. The packaging has scratches on the edges and 3 of the 4 corners are a bit bent. The back of the packaging is very good you are able to see all the letters and text. The figure comes with a knife and a stand so if you want to open it and put it on display, it can be sit up and stand by itself.
