16G Grade 23 Titanium Flat Top Dermal Anchor Base and Top

MATERIAL: Both the anchor and top are made with G23 titanium. Titanium products are highly recommended by piercing professionals. Commonly referred to as "implant-grade." It's slightly lighter than comparable steel products.

MEASUREMENTS: Gauge Size: 16 Gauge (1.2mm). The top measures 4mm. These come with both the anchor and top, but if you already have the base implanted you can of course use the top with any 16G base.
