These are a pair of wood shutters. They were painted black and missing some of the paint. Shutters need a little scraping to open the shutters. Missing a little piece of wood on the pole that opens the shutters. There are some iron hooks on them. Holes in the wood etc. They measure 26" tall and are 16" wide. The wood frame is 1 1/4" thick.
