Steam Sawmill Machinery Set with Boiler

This updated twin cylinder kit includes a boiler & six blade to suit your model timber mill. Highly detailed, spun-cast metal and resin detail set is the ideal solution to build your own bush sawmill. Our machinery set was designed to offer a high quality alternative to lightweight plastic or 3D printed parts and can be set up in many configurations. (Contact me for simple sawmill layout plans) With our machinery kit, you can add unique detail to your HO or O scale layout. 

Our comprehensive detail pack includes enough parts to make up one steam sawmill:  

• 2 x detailed spun-cast single cylinder steam donkey (approx 1"/25mm high + base)  
• 1 x cast resin twin cylinder base plate with crank bearings
• 3 x cast metal bearing blocks
• 1 x 2" x 1/16" OD brass crank shaft
• 1 x cast metal 5/8" OD flywheel
• 1 x cast metal 1/4" OD belt drive capstan
• 1 x 1 1/2" long x 1/8" OD saw blade mandrel
• 6 x real saw blades ranging from 1" to 2" diameter
• 2 x cast metal 1/8" ID pillow blocks
• 1 x cast metal 3/32" ID drive belt capstan (drill out to 1/8" ID)
• 1 x cast resin vertical boiler (6" tall in O scale + flue)
• 1 x cast metal boiler flue or stack
• 1 x cast metal safety valve
• 1 x cast metal water tap
