Up for your consideration is this Professional Sabatier Lion butcher chef knife. It was used and sharpened by a professional caterer/restaurant chef. The Sabatier markings are on the blade & handle. It is in great used condition with surface scratches (from use & sharpening), not sure if the tip was broken or if it was rounded from sharpening, water spots, & scuffs consistent with normal use, storage, and age. Add this nice piece to complete or expand your set.
