Shipping discounts are granted if possible, of course, but if several items are combined, I have to redefine the shipping method according to size and / or weight!

Since I probably mainly sell to private individuals, I don't issue invoices. Invoices will only be issued upon express request.

According to the small business regulation according to § 19 Abs. 1 UstG I am exempt from sales tax and not entitled to show sales tax on the invoice!

If something is wrong, which can happen even with the most careful examination, please contact me. We will most certainly find a solution and resolve the problem in a friendly manner.
