I have a gray beret I believe is a Military MP beret. It has a patch with metal emblemthat reads "Orderly Regulation" on it. The rim of the beret is a leather like material with
a built in draw string.
The hat is in overall good condition, with very little wear on it.
There is one bad spot on the leather trim/rim, you can see it on
the photo, on the far right. The leather here is worn and chipping.
I dont have any other information other than what can be seen on the photos,
and what I found while searching for the motto on Google.
