This is a plush bear from a line called Ranger Rex's Forest Friends.  This one is Rex himself, dressed in a park ranger uniform with neckerchief, backpack, and Ranger Bear button on his chest.  He is jointed at the hips, so that he can either stand or sit.  When standing, he is approximately 11 inches tall (not counting his hat), and he sits 9 inches high.  When you squeeze him, he talks as shown in the demonstration video below.          
         
He is in excellent condition with some wear from age and normal handling over the years.  See pictures for details.  He has his butt tag, but no other tags.  His battery compartment appears to be sewn in, so unless you are handy with a needle and thread, he will be mute once the batteries die.
