🛠 Setup & Use

1. Wire load first (heating coil or HV primary) → then apply power. Never power the board with no load.

2. Observe polarity (DC input). Use thick, short leads from a stable supply (for 12 V/120 W, plan ≈ 10 A capability).

3. For induction heating, solder the coil directly to the PCB (avoid terminal melting).

4. For sustained runs, use water-cooled copper-tube coils or add forced-air cooling.

5. Match the heated object to the coil: keep the piece ≤ 20 mm Ø and within the width guidance above.

🧠 Important Safety Notes

• Voltage window matters: operate 5–12 V under load. Over-voltage or under-voltage can damage the board.

• Duty cycle: the coil and devices heat quickly—pause several minutes after a heating cycle to cool.

• Battery use: ensure working voltage stays ≥ 4.5 V under load; do not use dry cells.

• Troubleshooting LED:

  • Off → wiring/PSU issue or damaged board.

  • Dim → PSU cannot supply enough current; use a higher-power supply.
