The repair itself is $89.99 which includes shipping charges for the labels and a Windows 10 License if needed. Your purchase includes $100.00 for parts/consumables, which if not used will be refunded.

After purchase you will immediately receive a prepaid Insured USPS label so you can package your laptop and give it right to your mail-carrier when he/she comes for regular mail delivery. If you prefer a different service, just give us a message before you order.

If the device is un-serviceable for any reason, the full package price will be refunded including the cost of shipping which was included in the initial payment. You will be contacted before any parts are ordered for your device repair. If the price of parts exceeds the initial deposit of $100.00, then you will be contacted to arrange for a new purchase on eBay or a PayPal invoice will be sent. All parts are provided at-cost. If you want to order parts yourself, please purchase the Basic Repair package instead. 

We make every effort to avoid purchasing any replacement parts. If there is a chance of getting the parts to work, rather than just replacing, we will choose to get the parts to work. Parts will only be used if ABSOLUTELY necessary.

*Some motherboards or laptop replacement screens, may exceed the $100 deposit. If you want to know in advance, just send us a message. 

*The unused money from your initial deposit will be refunded after the repair is complete.
