    This listing is for the small block Chevy steel A/C compressor bracket only.

    This bracket works well if you are adding a compressor to a LONG water pump application and want to leave the alternator in the factory location on the passenger side. May require modification to stock power steering pump bracket. This bracket is for small block Chevy with long water pump.

Side: Driver. Belt Length: 60" - 61". Steel, Natural Finish. This bracket works well if you are adding a compressor to a long water pump application and want to leave the alternator in the factory location on the passenger side. Alan Grove Components use a belt length of 60-61" with this mount on installations in shop. However, this can vary with the diameter of your pulleys. It may be necessary to shorten the front exhaust spacer to work with the Factory Power Steering Adjustor. Are you shivering behind the wheel in the winter, or sweating in traffic in the summer? This Bracket is Low Profile for Vehicles with Little Hood Clearance.

As with any mount system, assemble all of the brackets to engine Before tightening the bolts. As with any part of this nature, make sure it fits your application before painting or plating. Parts that have been painted, plated, or modified may not be returned.

Exhaust Spacers with Headers use the 2-1/4" long x 5/8" O.D. spacers. With Rams horn Manifolds use the 1/4" long x 3/4" O.D. spacer at the rear hole of bracket and a 1-1/16" long x 3/4" O.D. at front hole of bracket. With the later DROP-TYPE MANIFOLDS use the 1-1/16" long 3/4" O.D. spacers at both bracket holes.
