The A750E/A750F 5 speed transmission is commonly found in several Toyota trucks and SUVs and some Lexus SUVs:
4x4 trucks and SUVs have the A750F. Rear wheel drive trucks and SUVs have the A750E. The stock transmission pan and filter are the same for both. The PML pan will also work on both the A750E and the A750F. Skid Plates: This PML pan should work with skid plates. We have had installations of this pan on FJ Cruisers with RCI and with Ricochet skid plates. There was no interference. Configurations vary so always check your vehicle. Verify which transmission you have and look for ground clearance and interference from frame cross members or exhaust components. A761 Transmission: This PML A750 transmission pan probably will not fit the 6 speed A761 transmission, found on Lexus and 2009 and up Sequoia and Tundra. The above photo shows the interior of the A750 Deep Pan. The level check hole is on the right/passenger side, which is the bottom of the picture. The drain is on the left/driver side. Filter and Gasket The PML A750 transmission pan works with the stock gasket and filter
(not included). PML recommends a soft, flexible gasket, such as one made
of fiber, paper, cork or cork composite material.  The above photo shows the drain hole, fill/level check hole, and the boss for optional machining for an aftermarket temp. sensor/gauge.  The above photo shows the location of the boss for optional machining, which can accommodate a 1/8 to 1/2 NPT. Optionally, we can drill and tap the boss on the passenger side for a temperature sending unit. If you want us to drill and tap the pan, there is a $65 machining charge per hole. Usually, we machine a 1/8 NPT, other sizes are possible. Contact us before ordering.
Above you can see the differences between the interiors of the stock A750 and the PML Deep A750 pan. The stock pan is about 3.9 inches deep and the Deep Pan is about 5.4 inches deep.

PML products carry a lifetime limited manufacturer's warranty. Our products have proven to be trouble free since we began making them in 2000. If the pan or cover you receive is determined to have some kind of manufacturing defect (i.e., machining problem, leak due to porosity in pan wall), PML will replace the part. If you sell your vehicle with our part installed, we will honor the warranty with the new owner. If you run a cover or pan into a boulder and it cracks or is damaged, well, there's nothing PML can help you with there. Modifying our products voids the warranty. Our products are designed to fit factory original equipment. However, in some applications, or because of the use of certain factory options and/or after market equipment, there may be clearance or fitment problems between our products and your vehicle components. PML provides dimensions and pictures so you can check your vehicle before ordering. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and installer to install the part correctly and to ensure that there is no contact between the PML part and other moving or fixed vehicle components.
