The band is not gold, but the watch is 14kt gold (you can see where that fact is marked in the photo.) 

The clock works. It is a manual wind. 

Please ask all questions before purchasing. If you need another photo, please let me know specifically what you would like to see. I try to describe the item as accurately as possible and photograph it well. If I have made a mistake, please allow me to correct it if possible. 

Returns not accepted, sold as is. There is too much of a chance of a purchaser over-winding, opening the back of the watch, or damaging the watch and then trying to return it. I don't want to get into something like that. 

Please seriously consider paying for insurance for this item, as Priority Mail only covers up to $100 automatically.
