Domestic buyers will get a 30 day warranty/return period for anything that fails to function during that length of time.  This warranty does not cover anything that is beyond normal use/testing (ie: dropped, ran over...etc).  I can only guarantee that the Handheld Computer/Scanner will work when you receive it, but i cannot guarantee the life of the product. Please do your research and know if this product will work in your environment.  Upon receiving the Handheld Computer/Scanner, please inspect it when you get it to make sure it works properly
