This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV FG and FG-X Barra 4.0L engines fitted with a Garrett GT42R, including GT4202R and GT4294R, in a Top Mount configuration.

A Top Mount conversion changes the position and routing of the turbo oil and coolant connections, making the original rigid lines difficult to align or reuse. This kit provides the oil feed, gravity oil return and coolant feed and return connections required between the Barra engine and GT42R turbocharger.

The oil feed system uses a -4AN PTFE braided line connected through an oil pressure sensor tee adapter, allowing the factory sensor to remain installed. Oil passes through a serviceable external inline filter before reaching the GT42R oil feed flange with an integrated 2.0mm restrictor.

The oil return system uses a flexible 3/4-inch reinforced NBR hose with dedicated GT42R turbo-side and Barra engine-side drain flanges. The drain hose must follow a continuous downward path toward the engine without kinks, restrictions or low spots.

Two -6AN PTFE braided water lines connect the turbo coolant feed and return circuits using GT42R-compatible water fittings.
