How to Send Your Photo & Text!

Please make sure to send us your photo through eBay messages after ordering. If your chosen card design also includes text, please double-check your spellings before sending. We layout all text and images by hand so your custom card looks neat and balances perfectly.

We print all our custom photo cards to order from our home workspace here in the UK. We use a thick, high-quality card stock so your uploaded photo looks crisp and clear, and the card stands up nicely when displayed on the mantelpiece.

  • Card Size: A5 (148mm x 210mm)
  • Inside Card: Left blank for your own handwritten message.
  • Envelope: Clean, matching envelope included.
  • Packaging: Sent in a sturdy, board-backed "do not bend" envelope.

Step 1: Complete your purchase through checkout.

Step 2: Go to your purchase history, select your order, and click "Contact Seller". Send us a quick message and attach your photo using the eBay image upload icon (the camera or paperclip button). If this doesn't work, please send the image to our email:

Does your card design also include custom text?
If the design you are buying features a name, age, or greeting alongside the picture, you can type your wording into the checkout notes box OR simply include it in the eBay message right next to your attached photo. You can type it out like this:

"Alex, Age 5"  |  "Happy Birthday Mummy, Love From Emily"  |  "Photo Only (No Text)"

Photo Quality Tip: Try to send the clearest, brightest digital photo you have. Don't worry about cropping it perfectly—our designer will adjust, crop, and center the image by hand to make sure it looks its absolute best on the card template.

Inside messages: We only print text and images on the front of the card. We cannot print messages inside the card, so any interior text requests will be skipped by our system.

Important: To avoid late shipping penalties, if we do not receive your photo within 48 hours, we will automatically cancel your order so it does not get stuck in limbo.

If your order and photo are received before our morning cutoff at 9:00am (Monday to Friday), your card will be printed and posted the very same day! Orders over the weekend or on Bank Holidays go out the next working day.

Our default delivery is free and goes via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need it sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class during checkout.

If you buy multiple items from our shops (under Styra Ltd) going to the same name and address, we will bundle them together into one package to keep things simple and avoid extra waste.

We're human, so if we ever make a mistake on your text layout, print the wrong photo, or your item doesn't arrive on time, please send us a quick message through eBay. We'll sort out a replacement for you straight away without any fuss.

Because these cards are custom-made to order using your personal files, we cannot offer free replacements or returns if you sent us the wrong image, made a typo, or provided incorrect details. Please double-check your text and pictures before buying!
