This listing is for an excellent Adidas Kansas City Sporting SC pullover.  The tag says L...I would say that it is a womens...or it could work possibly as a mens M.  I will give measurements to help you decide.  Underarm to underarm measures 20.25", side of collar to bottom of top measures 29"; side of collar (baseball style shoulder) to bottom of sleeve measures 31.5".  This shirt is lightweight and hooded.  It is in great / pre-owned condition.
