This is for one, officially licensed, NCAA #1 decal. There are actually 2 decals on the sheet...one hand #1 and a small circle. The hand measures 7 1/2" at the tallest point and 4" at the widest. The circle measures almost 2" in diameter. These are multi-use decals. They are removable and reusable.
It is new, never used and still packaged. It looks like the picture.
