After extensively researching these banks, I have come to find that this particular one was a unique color pattern made after said base reconstruction (from a 6-part base to 1-piece casting).
A lot of these that I have found online are dated wrong, or have the wrong maker name.
There are obvious differences & some subtle between the two Maker's banks.
On this one...
* The Clown is wearing a Black outfit with Red & Yellow accents.
* The Dog is Black with White spots.
* The barrel is Red.
* The base is Blue with Gold accent on the flange.
* It looks like the original screws/fasteners to hold it all together have been replaced with more modern screws.
* The Clown's middle anchor has come loose, & I put a Black twist tie around his neck to hold him together.
But, this can be easily fixed, so no worries there.
* There are paint chipping from the wear of time & play, as One might expect from a well-loved toy.
* The cover to the coin catch is missing, but parts may be able to be found online.
Tested this treasure before posting this listing, & it works perfectly!
