6 yards of glow in the dark elastic. I make 1/8” cord elastic on antique textile machines in St. Louis, MO. I took some glow in the dark yarn, added a rubber core and came up with this cool stuff. This material is great for making masks, binding notebooks, hair ties & more. Their elastic looks white under natural light and glows green in the dark. Just ‘charge’ it under a light source and it will put out a glow. This unique elastic will give your projects a great finish.
