The only system proven to increase fuel economy in all load states – empty or while towing. The MPG-MAX™ utilizes Boost/EGTs to create a sophisticated 2D Map to command injection. Complete with dual stage injection management, the microprocessor introduces a independently mapped second stage of injection (Power Nozzle).This dual stage injection results in the most accurate injection curve and lowest EGT temps, highest HP increases, and highest fuel economy increase of any water-methanol system.
The net effect is smooth power in all engine load states with no combustion quench resulting in a Fuel Economy Increase of 1-3 MPG, HP increase 50-100, and reduced EGTs (150-300 F).Tie this in with fully terminated weather tight OEM harnessed wiring connections and a Snow Performance Injection Boot (Rated to 65 PSI), no drilling/wiring is required making the MPG-MAX™ the simplest water-methanol system to install on any diesel vehicle.
