These were purchased at an electronics supplier liquidation last year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.

We saw indications these are used for something military.  The inlet power connects with an obsolete 1609136-1 pigtail, which is rarely stocked anywhere.  However, you can make your own wiring pigtail with a Molex 03-12-1026 (aka 0003121026) HCS-125 4219 Series housing and two (2) Molex 18-12-1222 (aka 0018121222) HCS-125 2047 Series female connector terminals.  It's sort of an oddball caliber, but it guarantees nobody will plug it into the wrong voltage by accident.  Uses either .25" x 1.25" or 5 MM x 20 MM fuses, in whatever amperage your application requires.  Simply pry out the red fuse compartment shown in picture #8 to install fuses (fuses not included).

The manufacturer recommends a panel cutout of 2.201" x 1.060" (55.91 MM x 26.93 MM) with radiused corners, but there may have been a change in the casings at some point.  We would suggest a plain rectangular cutout starting with our measurements below.

EBay has gotten ornery lately when we include links to datasheets, however, we Googled: "PS000SD3D" and found one at Tyco.
