This bracket is made of acrylic and is intended to be used in a standard bucket commonly available in hardware stores.  It enables up to three horizontal upper float level switches to become adjustable. This adjustability allows you to water seedlings which require a high water level to order to reach the roots.  Later when the roots are lower in the buckets, the float switches can be lowered to conserve nutrients.  This bracket also eliminates the hassle of dealing with float switch placement around the various outer ridges that appear on all standard buckets.  See .icmag.com/forum/marijuana-growing/growroom-designs-equipment/88895-ogre-s-diy-ebb-grow-multi-flow-controller-tutorial/page18?t=92963&page=18

Two holes are drilled into the bucket.  The bracket is mounted to the bucket with two nylon screws and waterproofed somewhat with surgical tubing washers.  (In theory the water level should not reach the screw level because the switches are lower).  The bracket should be mounted ½” below the rim to allow for the lid and approximately above the lower float switches.  A 7/16” hole should be drilled ¾” below the rim to run the wires through to the controller box.  Snap ties are placed on both sides of the bucket as a tension stop.  All nylon screws, surgical tubing washers, snap ties, and grommet, are provided.  See the pictures for more information.

This listing does NOT include Horizontal Float Switches, it is only for the bracket itself.  FLOAT SWITCHES ARE SHOWN IN THE PICTURES ONLY FOR ILLUSTRATION.  Horizontal float switches are available on aquahub, but can be found on eBay for substantially less, by searching on “horizontal float switches”.  This bracket is designed to work with both the horizontal float switches purchased from U.S. sellers or horizontal float switches purchased from China/Taiwan.

Various colors of acrylic will be used (clear, bronze).
