By placing a bid, bidder acknowledges agreement to all terms described below.

Description and condition

1.   Due diligence is used in researching every item.  No claim is being made that an item is of a particular brand or origin unless it is known beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is so. If it is suggested that an item looks like, or may be, of a particular origin or brand, it is made abundantly clear that no assertion that it is definitely of that origin or brand, but rather that, based on information and belief, we have reason for thinking it might be. 

2.   We ask bidders to read the item description carefully, and to look closely at all photos, to determine the age, condition, and value of the item.  In return, we promise to both make mention in the listing, and include photographs, of any and all cracks, chips, repairs, wear due to age, and any other condition issues we find.

a.   Please keep in mind that while we try very hard to take and post photos that accurately represent the item’s color and shading, we are far from professional photographer, and the variations between our computer monitor and yours may result in the item appearing slightly different from what you expect.

b.   It is our goal to represent the size of the item as precisely as possible, but all measurements mentioned in the listing must be understood to be approximate.

3.   Please ask any and all questions before bidding on or purchasing the item.  We are happy to answer every question to the best of our ability, with honesty, candor, and respect for the bidder.  By all means, ask for additional information and/or photos if you wish.

Payment

1.  We accept payment only through PayPal.

2.   Please pay within 3 days of purchasing, and we will ship immediately upon receiving payment.

Shipping

1.   Our goal is to pack and ship your item immediately upon payment being received, and we almost always achieve that.  At unusually busy times a day or (rarely) even two might pass before the item is shipped.  Under no circumstances will more than three days elapse before your item is shipped.

2.   We will gladly ship internationally but ONLY using eBay’s Global Shipping Program.  Keep in mind that your shipping cost will be more (perhaps much more, depending upon your location and the size/weight of package) than the shipping fee in the listing, to reflect the higher fees to ship internationally.  The shipping fee in the listing applies only to shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the continental United States.

a.   The international buyer is always responsible for any custom charges, taxes or duties that may be due.  These charges ARE NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

3.    We use recycled boxes and shipping materials whenever possible.

Returns

1.   Returns happily accepted for 30 days, but only if the item is significantly different than described and pictured.

a.   Notify us within 5 days after receipt of item if you intend to return it.

b. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee if item returned after 14 days.

c. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee if item returned after 21 days.

2.   The purchase price of the item will be refunded only upon return of the item in the original condition in which it was sent.

3.   The buyer will assume the cost of return shipping.
