José Padilha writes and directs this Brazilian political thriller, a sequel to his acclaimed 2007 film 'Tropa de Elite'. 13 years on from the events of the first film, Roberto Nascimento (Wagner Moura) has been promoted to the position of Lieutenant in the special forces.
