Depending on your location and on package weight, items will be shipped with My Hermes, Parcel Force or other courrier. All parcels are tracked and once marked as dispatched you will be provided with your tracking number.
All stock is stored at our UK warehouse and packaged using recyclable packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, newspaper & polystyrene. |

| We provide a 14 days return policy for our products however, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. In such circumstances, we cannot cover the return postage cost and a restocking fee of £2.95 will be deducted from the sale price.
