Returns PolicySorry we don't take returns. We guarantee our fly rods are brand new and this would void our policy. Within the U.S. we prefer to ship UPS Ground which will generally arrive within 5 business days or less. Please include your physical address rather than PO Box. Last year alone USPS lost $1,900 in rods without reimbursing us so we would really prefer to get your new rod, reel, or backpack to your door and in one piece.

All of our gear is new and has never been used or returned.
