These are the 3 most common key sizes used to adjust the vast majority of instruments made outside of the USA.
These are unlikely to fit instruments made in the USA or some Canadian made instruments. These are also unlikely to fit some Fender Reissues made in Mexico and Japan - Some of these instruments have USA imperial screw parts.
