Incredible Norddeutscherlloyd 1901 Brochure. Inside is filled with inset beautiful color lithographs of: Twin Screw Express Steamers of the Norddeutscher Lloyd in Hudson River passing each other with, Kaiser Wilhelm der Grosse Kaiser, (KWdG) in foreground ... Kaiser Wilhelm II at the entrance to Naples ...KWdG Ladies Saloon ... KWdG Dining Saloon, (not pictured) ... KWdG Smoking Room ... German Imperial Mail Steamer Prinz Heinrich in the Japanese Sea. All lithos are printed on front only. There is a large foldout, highly detailed cutaway illustration titled: Longitudinal Section of the Twin-Screw Express-Steamer Kaiser Wilhelm der Grosse at back, measuring nearly 21" long. There are 32 numbered pages with excellent text, and mostly B&W illustrations of the ship, its features, crew at work and some data. It was very hard to  pick only 12 pictures. I did want to show tbe condition of covers and good representation of the inside. It is loose from its beautiful cover, but in fine condition otherwise. There is some wear along spine .. tears  at top at spine and on top edge a little crease top right .. and some light soiling on back cover. Drawings inside are done by both Bollhagen and Willy Stower. Booklet is 7" x 10 1/4".
