Asian Yu Choy, Choi Sum, Choy Sum, Chinese Flowing Cabbage Veggies Seeds

These are very easy growing vegetable plants in mild climate. Dark green young leaves and flower stalks, which are very tender and delicious. With the little flower buds, they look like Italian rapine or rappa. Harvested 45-50 days after sowing but in the cool season, it will take about 60 days. This variety is very popular in Asian community, markets or restaurants. They can be used in soups or for stir-fry, salads, soup. It is an excellent vegetable!
