Seiki Yokoyama (横山清暉, 1792-1864) was a Japanese-style painter. Shijo painter. Born and lived in Kyoto. One of Keibun Matsumura's best pupils. Did some of the paintings in the Kyoto Imperial Palace when it was rebuilt in 1855. Also a painter of bird-and-flower paintings.
