This turbo water line kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF Barra 4.0L engines using factory Garrett GT3576R or GT3582R turbochargers. It replaces the turbo coolant feed and return lines with two -6AN PTFE braided hose assemblies, matched fittings and sealing hardware.

The factory rigid coolant pipes and banjo connections are exposed to repeated exhaust-side heat cycles and engine movement. After turbo removal, manifold changes or extended service, the original pipes can become difficult to realign or reuse, while aged copper washers and sealing surfaces may allow coolant to seep from the turbo connections.

The GryphonTek kit uses heat-resistant PTFE hose with a stainless steel outer braid, together with matched turbo water fittings, banjo bolts and copper sealing washers.
