VTG Japanese Mens Nagajuban Gradated Blue Silk with Sesshu Island Scene on Back

This is a mens silk nagajuban printed on the back in a island fishing village scene with mountains by the famous artist Sesshu. It is in excellent condition. It is a gradated blue with an indigo blue collar. Note that it is very difficult to do justice to something like this in a photograph so you should assume that the fabric is beautiful glossy silk. Could be used as a gown. A stunning item!

It measures: 140cm in overall length and the sleeves are 49cm long.

It is 66cm around and 71 cm from centre of collar to sleeve tip.
