RETURNS POLICY - Items can only be returned for refund or replacement if they are deemed to be faulty.  Any item purchased must be returned in undamaged condition and in any original packaging in which they are supplied.  A 20% handling charge will be deducted from any refund if the goods are returned as being incorrectly or over-ordered. No carriage costs will be refunded unless agreed prior to returning an item.  Any items that arrive damaged and are signed for as damaged will be subject to the courier companies terms and conditions with regards to refunds or replacements.  No refund will be issued until the item or items are returned to M & C Wilkinson Ltd.
