This is a Swift Ramblers vs. Perth Amboy All Stars Football Program for a game held at Buccleuch Park in New Jersey, on Sunday, Oct. 21, 1934. It can be dated by the two seperate full page Democratic and Republican advertisements inside. Democrat A. Harry Moore was running against Hamilton F. Kean for United States Senator, which was won by Moore in the year of 1934. Senator, Governor, 2 House of Representative seats, General Assembly, County Clerk and Board members are also listed for both parties. The inside center pages have Rosters for both the Ramblers and P.A. All-Stars, and  many local advertisements. Program has some wear and creasing, but a wonderful piece of vintage Football and NJ political History. Perth Amboy played the New York Giants that year. I couldn't find much on the Swift Ramblers other than them playing against another local team. Program measures ~ 6" x 9".
Please see my other vintage football and other sports memorabilia listed. Shipping can be combined.
