SHIPPING:

Most orders will be shipped the next business day of cleared payment.  However, due to holidays and unforeseen events, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

TAX:  We collect sales tax only from CA, USA residents.  The sale tax percent is 9.25%.  We do not collect any sales tax for shipping.

RETURNS:  At The Outdoor Gear Loft, we would like all our customers happy.  If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  All returns must be mailed within 14 days of shipment. Merchandise needs to be in original condition and show no signs of wear or abuse, with original tags attached.  Upon, inspection we will refund the total amount minus all shipping charges (unless we had made an error).
