Textured Wood Photo PanelsSupplies Needed:- Sublimatable substrate- Sublimation transfer paper- Teflon or scratch paper- Heat tape- Soft paper towel (optional)- Heat resistance glovesHeat press settings:- temp: 400 degrees F- dwell time: 1:00 - 2:30 minutes- pressure: light to mediumDwell time:1-35 square inch: 1-1:15 minutes35-100 square inch: 1:15-1:45 minutes100-248 square inch: 1:45-2:30 minutesNotes:1. The recommended setting above for sublimation may needadjustments for best results. Sublimation setting will varydepending on the heat press brand and model ink and paperand atmospheric conditions2. The layers of soft paper towel help trap ink that is dispersedoutside of the edges of the substrate if there is an overprintarea or full bleed in the artwork.3. Although there is an easel attached to the product it shouldnot affect the pressing process. Place items into the press asindicated below.Sublimation Instructions:Layer the press from the bottom pad to the top heat platen as follows:1. teflon sheet or scratched paper2. 2-3 layers of soft paper towel (optional)3. substrate4. transfer paper (with image)5. teflon sheet or scratch paperSteps:1. Place the teflon sheet or scratch paper and paper towelson the press2. Remove the protective plastic coating (if any) of the substrate3. Position the substrate onto the transfer paper and adheretransfer paper to substrate using heat tape4. Place transfer paper and substrate into the press (transferpaper on top of substrate)5. Place teflon sheet or scratch paper over the transfer paper6. Press items using the sublimation settings above7. Remove items from the press immediately. Use heatresistance gloves - the items will be very hot8. Remove transfer paper from substrate
