Shipping
Extendau offers express nationwide delivery to any PO Box and Australian street address. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. Track events and tax invoice for your order will be sent to you via email.Our shipping is a secure and registered delivery. So, your signature is required for your receiving. When a driver is unable to deliver a consignment because no one is available at the delivery location to sign for it, the driver will leave an Attempted Delivery Advice card at the premises, which details how and when the consignment can be collected on the following business day. Warranty
All products purchased from Extendau come with a manufacturer's warranty. Your tax invoice or receipt is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. To find out more about your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, please view our return's policy.
Returns Policy
Generally speaking, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, simply if you have changed your mind, ordered by mistake, found it cheaper somewhere else, have bought a gift that is unsuitable, or the circumstances have changed and you no longer require the goods, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. We may however, at our sole discretion, allow a return for refund or exchange product on a case-by-case basis. Once your return request is approved, you will be required to meet the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be received back in brand new, unused, resalable condition, properly sealed in its original packaging. Items bearing any signs of use or damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to the customer only upon payment of the appropriate postage.
- Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
- 15% re-stock fee will apply.
- The original shipping charge will not be refundable. If the original shipping charges were free, $15 will be deducted for each delivery.
