If ever there were a conflict where one side could rightly and unreservedly be called "the Bad Guys" and the other "the Good Guys", it has to be the Russo-Finnish War fought in the winter of 1939/40. Joseph Stalin was looking for territory, and no matter how you slice it up, the Soviet Union's attack was aggression in it's purest form. The Finns, who had won their independence from the Bolsheviks in 1918, simple wanted to preserve their freedom.
