* It is important that you take pictures of the item once you notice the problem and send them to me.

* For collectibles there is a 14 day limit.

* Things I feel diminish the value of the item are generally in the description and those picture are usually the last couple of photos in the listing.

* One time I listed something as 10 pieces, but the picture clearly had only 8 pieces in it. Trust the picture as typos do happen.
